It looks like Alan Hughes who made 1.77 million in compensation has been forced out as Chief Operating Officer at Blue Cross Blue Shield. This looks like someone is being used as a scapegoat by CEO Brad Wilson in my opinion.

CEO Brad Wilson who has lied to us in the past by posting that they as a company would lose approx. $ 50 million for 2015 yet the company says that it eked out a mere $ 0.5 million profit.  All on the heals of using these lies to raise the premiums by up to 27% for people. So which is it? Which lie would you like to tell today.

Wayne Goodwin has posted that it could fine Blue Cross Blue Shield up to $ 1,000. per day per violation. Well, where are the fines assessed against Blue Cross Blue Shield…Wayne.

This was in my opinion just another smoke screen by Wayne Goodwin to cover the lousy customer service the company has been doing for months. Where is the true investigation into the company by the North Carolina Department of Insurance.

This just goes to show how Wayne Goodwin and the Department of Insurance is only working for the insurance companies and not the citizens of North Carolina.

  1. We the insured is getting tired of rate increase every year. Rates are getting out of control. Retired people will soon have to switch insurance to lower rates if it can be found.

    • The only way to stop it is to allow several other companies to compete for your premiums. There are other companies out their. the Department of Insurance and the state will not allow them in. Talk about a closed system.
