Where would someone go if the North Carolina Department of Insurance Deputy Commissioners and above are involved with corruption, favoritism of a friend of there’s, or of whom, who just refuses to do their jobs that they have agreed to do over and against the general public? You are in a regulatory body are you not? Do you not have to be sworn in to uphold the laws and rights of the citizens that you are supposed to serve instead of yourselves.

Obviously a person like me or you cannot go to the North Carolina Attorney Generals Office. Why not you ask? Because the Attorney Generals Office is there to protect the different departments of this state. NOT YOU AND ME. Now attorney general Roy Cooper tells everyone that believes him that he is there for the general public in North Carolina. This is a bold face lie! Attorney General Roy Cooper is only in this position for himself. I have actual experience with this. Just look at my false charges.

So coming back to this same question, just who does an honest law abiding person go to in this state for justice. You can’t go to the attorney generals office, you can’t go to the department of insurance of which you have a complaint against.

I have called the FBI in the local office here in Charlotte and the woman that I spoke to thought that I was insane. And her answer to me was if I had proof of corruption I could present it to someone at her office. REALLY? Do I also need to be an FBI Agent as well as the person being wrongfully persecuted. There needs to be real change in this state and I will go to any legal means to achieve this by means of lawsuits, public opinion, running for this office of commissioner of insurance, and by forcing the governmental body of this state to demand an investigation into these abuses.

In my next article I will post a petition so people can sign to demand an investigation into the corruption in and at the North Carolina Department of Insurance.
