MORE AND MORE CORRUPTION AT THE NCDOI

HEY FBI. What is it going to take for you people to investigate the SHANE GUYANT’S and people just like him at the North Carolina Department of Insurance. This man is the Deputy Commissioner of investigations at the Department of Insurance. If he and his investigators are hiding real corruption and real investigations from the general public, who is going to investigate the investigators? We at the entry level called citizens cannot legally investigate these people.

I personally have this man SHANE GUYANT under my Federal Lawsuit for False Arrest, False imprisonment, Malicious Prosecution, Retaliatory Prosecution. As one of the ten in the Raleigh Mafia. You do know that the RICO ACT can be assessed against you. If any of the Raleigh Mafia wants to come after me, please feel free to do so. It will only make my lawsuit much bigger on a payout.

What I am truly concerned with here is those who do not have my ability and my knowledge of the law to fight back against the Raleigh Mafia.

Let’s try the account of DIAMOND STATE Agent that was told to me today by a tipster.

I will be investigating the Campaign Contributions from Bail Bondsmen for WAYNE GOODWIN to look for the tie ends.

What about all of the complaints from John Brimm and Larry Reaves. These complaints will be posted in the near future.

To finish this article out today I want everyone to know that not everyone at the Department of Insurance is bad. The few upper Deputy Commissioners who think that they are above the law is what makes it bad for everyone. Guess what people I am not afraid of any of the Raleigh Mafia. I cannot be bought off, so what are you bad boys and girls going to do next. Arrest me? Been there, done that, and I also have the t-shirt and bumper stickers to prove it.

I am a man that is hell bent in changing the way insurance companies treat us and changing the NCDOI. He is a proud fighter against government waste, fraud, and abuse and the founder of the North Carolina Advocate magazine.

  1. Yes go to Pitt County. Look at Jaimy Garza bond written by Anthony Smith and Morris Moye. The jailer did not sign the surrender attached to the motion to set aside. It was forged. 😉
Run a records request at agent services on this one.
