I bring all of this forward to this article so that the people of North Carolina will know how our State governmental offices are being ran. I personally am tired of all of the corruption, and of coarse the Raleigh Mafia. I have made legal complaints against all of the people that I have under my Federal Lawsuit. All have lied under oath and the attorney allowing these lies to continue and encouraged is Daniel Snipes Johnson who is representing the Defendants in my case against them.

The very large difference for all to understand is that you and I are paying these peoples salaries thru our tax dollars that the North Carolina Department of Revenue has no problem attaching your wages and if you don’t have enough money to pay those taxes will set you out into the street and sell that house to pay for those taxes. With these stories I am trying to inform the people of North Carolina just how corrupt that the people in place in the system really are.

RE: Complaint against Daniel Snipes Johnson, License # 9289, P.O. Box 629, Raleigh, NC. 27602

Dear Grievance Committee. When an attorney, an officer of the court does not act properly in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, and the Rules set forth by the State Bar, it effects all of us in this State.

Where Daniel Snipes Johnson is concerned it brings us to another level, a much higher level, in as much as Daniel Snipes Johnson is in one of the top leadership positions of the law in this State. I do not bring these charges lightly, but when someone such as Daniel Snipes Johnson outright lies, he is doing nothing but abuse of power of the office at the Attorney Generals Office, let alone the citizens of this State.

I immediately bring this Committee’s attention to Rule 3.3, (a) A lawyer shall not knowingly: (1) make a false statement of material fact or law to a tribunal or fail to correct a false statement of material fact or law previously made to a tribunal by the lawyer; (3) offer evidence that the attorney knows to be false. If a lawyer, the lawyers client, or a witness called by the lawyer, has offered material evidence and the lawyer comes to know of its falsity, the lawyer shall take reasonable remedial measures, including if necessary, disclosure to the tribunal. A lawyer may refuse to offer evidence, other than the testimony of a defendant in a criminal matter that the lawyer reasonably believes is false.

I now bring to this Committee to an email or series of emails that proves that Daniel Snipes Johnson not only knew that I was under investigation from the NCDOI, but allowed each Defendant’s to submit False Statements under oath, and knew that these Defendants in my case was perjuring themselves under oath, and Daniel Snipes Johnson did not recluse himself from these proceedings as attorney in charge of Defendants, George Wayne Goodwin, Christopher Shane Guyant, Angela K. Ford, Rebecca Shigley, Robert Lisson, Anne M. Garmon, Angela Hatchell, Teresa Knowles, and Robert Cunningham. I submit these emails as Johnson exhibit 2 and 3. Answers to interrogatories filed in Federal court.

I now bring charges of Subornation of Perjury, N.C.G.S. 14-210. Of which is marked as exhibit 4. Which reads as follows for the record stated here: If any person shall, by any means, procure another person to commit such willful and corrupt perjury as is mentioned in G.S. 14-209, the person so offending shall be punished as a Class I felon.

I know bring to this Committee’s attention a copy of my Federal lawsuit against all of the Defendants in this case, where collectively thru my attorney, we are asking the court to acknowledge that these Defendants perjured themselves under oath. With, to me, the permission of their counsel Daniel Snipes Johnson.

I am bringing perjury charges with the State Ethics Commission against “covered persons” of the State Ethics Act. George Wayne Goodwin, Angela K. Ford, Rebecca Shigley, Christopher Shane Guyant. Respectfully. I will submit all copies to the FBI and demand an investigation into all of these matters.

I say all of this to inform this Committee that I will not accept a “white washing” of any of this. As a citizen of this state I will always believe in the established laws of this state. What I will not do is stand by and allow anyone to abuse their office and outright lie to anyone, especially since we the people of the State of North Carolina are paying their salaries.

I will include a copy of all Ethic’s Commission complaints against these same individuals identified in this complaint.
