I am wondering if there are (is) anybody in our State and Federal Government that actually gives a damn about our laws. I have always tried to follow the laws of our land, but when some people get into a position of power, they forget where they came from, and their responsibilities of their office. Which in my case is to protect the laws of North Carolina. Yet whenever a person such as myself addresses the breaking of these laws both State and Federal laws. No one is listening.

And then these same people of power, get frustrated on why the general public just does not believe in our system of government any longer. This is just another example.

RE: Complaint for Perjury Charges, and Making False Statements, 18 U.S.C. 1621 and 1623 respectfully. Against the following people; George Wayne Goodwin, NC. Commissioner of Insurance, Angela K. Ford, NC. Deputy Commissioner of Insurance, Angela Hatchell, NC. Deputy Commissioner of Insurance, Christopher Shane Guyant, Director of CID, NC. Department of Insurance, Rebecca Shigley, NC. Deputy Commissioner of Insurance, Teresa Knowles, Assistant Deputy Commissioner of Insurance, Anne M. Garmon, former CID Investigator, now Instructor at CPCC in Charlotte, NC. Dr. Robert Lisson, former Deputy Commissioner of Insurance, now manger at Aetna Insurance Company, Daniel Snipes Johnson, Assistant Attorney General of NC. M. Denise Stanford, Assistant Attorney General NC.

To Whom It May Concern;

I am demanding an investigation into my charges against the individuals listed above. I wish to bring criminal perjury charges, under the Federal Law, U.S.C. 1621 and Making False Statements under oath in a Federal Lawsuit, section 1623. Which includes, but not limited to? In Hubbard -v- United States, 115 S. Ct. 1754, 1764, & n.15. (1995).

The Supreme Court noted that these statutes, as well as sections 1503 (obstruction) and 287 (false claims) can apply to and penalize false statements made to the Judicial Branch. The Court also specifically found the Federal False Statement Statute, 18 U.S.C. 1001, inapplicable to statements to the judiciary. However, in 1996, Congress amended the Statutes 1001 in the false Statements Accountability Act of 1996. P.L. 104-292, and H.R. 3166, Oct. 11, 1996.

The amendment restored the Departments ability to prosecute false statements made to the legislative and judicial branches. As what was done in this case.

I do not bring these charges lightly. When people such as these that are listed above here, use their office for corruption, fraud, influence peddling, and corrosion of the laws of North Carolina, and since this is a Federal Lawsuit that these individuals have outright lied under oath, this must be addressed within our Federal legal system. I am one of those who truly believes that if these people are allowed to break the law at their pleasure, than nothing is secrete anymore.

I have been falsely accused of many things in my past, some of which were just not worth fighting over. But these people listed in this complaint cannot believe in our constitution and way of life in as much as the laws, all of the laws that govern our State and Federal Governments and of course each citizen as well.

What really makes this rate above all else, is the fact that these same individuals in this complaint, are in their respective positions, and offices, to protect these same laws for the citizens of North Carolina. So when these people go and dismiss these laws at their pleasure this and everything like them take on special meaning.

I am involved in a Federal Lawsuit against the aforementioned people. Civil Case No. 4:16-cv-20-BO. I will include a copy of all statements I this complaint.

In accordance with the Interrogatories from, my Federal Lawsuit, these listed above people, they have perjured themselves under oath. And in particular, I bring your attention to, the two Department of Justice attorney’s defending my Federal Lawsuit. Daniel Snipes Johnson and M. Denise Stanford. these two are guilty of Subornation of perjury.

I have also filed North Carolina Bar complaints against both for Subornation of Perjury. Of which I will also supply a copy of those. Included in these documents. I will supply a copy of all emails showing that not only have these people outright lied under oath but actually knew and demanded false charges to be assessed against me to shut me up.

Obviously I must openly state that all charges that were falsely assessed against me were dropped in 2015 for no probable cause, hence the reason for my Federal Lawsuit.

I am again at a very minimum asking for an investigation into these illegal acts against the people at the North Carolina Department of Insurance and the people involved that I have stated here in this complaint. I am amazed as to the boldness of these individuals.

I have called the U.S. Attorney’s Office, here in Charlotte, and wasn’t even given a returned phone call. I called the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Raleigh. And all the while the person that I spoke with at the U.S. Attorney’s Office who represented himself as an attorney said that my complaints were at a State level and that these charges did not involve this office. Talk about getting the run around by all of the different law enforcement agencies.

Since I have had to do all of the agencies work for them, of which I will send a copy to my Congressman for my district to ensure that something is done.
